Promotion Mechanism:

Promo 1:

•    Point 1: Achieving 500 PPV per month OR a total of 1,700 PPV during the promotion  period.

•    Point 2: Recruiting 2 new direct members and each of them should achieve a total of 300 PPV during the promotion period OR a total of 7 new direct members and each of them should achieve 100 PPV in any month during the promotion period.

Qualifier will be entitled to purchase the ELC 2023 ticket with discounted price at EUR 245.00 per ticket.

 

Promo 2:

•    Point 1: Achieving 400 PPV per month OR a total of 1,300 PPV during the promotion period.

•    Point 2: Recruiting 1 new direct member who achieves a total of 300 PPV during promotion period OR a total of 4 new direct members and each of them should achieve 100 PPV in any month during the promotion period.

Qualifier will be entitled to purchase the ELC 2023 ticket with discounted price at EUR 325.00 per ticket.

 

Promotion's Period / Duration: From 1st August 2023 to 31st October 2023

Terms & Conditions:

 

1.    This Promotion is opened only to all distributors in European Countries.

2.    The Promotion is opened and effective from the 1st August 2023 to the 31st October 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”), and subjected to modification/amendment, extension, shortening and/or termination/cancellation thereof.

3.    Only PVs and new members made in European Countries will be counted in the Promotion.

4.    Qualifiers for this Promotion will be entitled to purchase the ELC 2023 ticket in a special discounted price.

5.    Respective Promotion is valid with purchase in a single/multiple cash bill during the Promotion Period.

6.    All PVs purchased under other promotions or any other packages with discounted DP, including but not limited to ODOC packages, will not be considered for this promotion.

7.    Products purchase with DSP/ASP discount will not be considered for the promotion mechanism in Point 1, but such purchase will be considered for the downlines of the member under promotion mechanism Point 2.

8.    A Qualifier will not be considered for his upline’s qualification (qualified member will be breakaway from his upline).

9.    The Company reserves the absolute right and at its liberty to extend, shorten or terminate/cancel the Promotion, including but not limited to change/modify/revise the Promotion’s packages and/or promotion product at any time if deemed necessary without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and it shall become effective on such date as the Company may determine.

10.    The Company reserves the absolute right, at its liberty and absolute discretion to revise, vary, change, modify, amend, add or delete any and all of the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior  notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

11.    The Company’s decision shall be final and conclusive. No appeal, queries, complaints, protests, disputes and/or correspondences pertaining thereto will be entertained.

12.    These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any provisions and/or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Promotion.

13.    By participating in the Promotion, the distributors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions  including its amendments thereof and the decision of the Company in relation to every aspect of the Promotion.

14.    These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and may be translated into any other languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any languages versions  of the Terms and Conditions including its amendment thereof, the English version shall prevail
